My Day Jogger
Hello guys,
This is My day jogger illustration that I drew a few months ago in my free time.
To paint this drawing I recently developed a new style that made me trace the whole out line of the girl first, to get
a silhouette of her shape. This method is good at saving time and exposes any flows that may later arise, early.

Been quite busy with work, and life. I spent quite sometime painting the curtains as I wanted them to be realistic. I used an
illustration program called inkscape for that.

Having missed inking digitally, I was inspired by a pic of a carnival. The pencils were imported into Photoshop and inked in there. The colour was painted on a transparent layer and other layers had the highlights and shadows. And to make it more colourful than I’d usually make, the highlight around her boots and clothes were painted in a separate layer and was set to overlay.
In all it took three days of hard core tracing in photoshop.

For this piece I wanted to capture a dancer making an entrance on stage, to a cheering audience. The girl's air was inspired by R&B singer Keisha Cole, she was entirely painted in Photoshop.

Hi everybody, for this piece I dicided to go absolutely wild with the style of painting. I worked without the usual black line art layer to guide me. I sarted it as a skecth for an upcoming comic strip of mine. In the end I fell so much in love with it, and decided to paint it. Hope you'll enjoy it as much as I am.
